A Truly Nice Experience!
central location easy transport unique design helpful staff
I really loved the hotel location. It made it easy to reach almost everywhere in the lagoon. many water taxi stops are only 500 m from the hotel, so transport was easy. A purpose driven design stands out for me and a special furnishing scheme. Service was great too. The staff was always very helpful.
My room was really dark. This is a small detail but it did impact my overall experience.

The design is special with beautiful decor everywhere, and I found relaxing areas on each floor to admire it. There are several spots for coffee and drinks inside. The hotel has everything needed for a visit.

The breakfast was very good and always fresh, and this is very important to me. There is an option to sit out on the street at tables, and watch people and listen to church bells. I really enjoyed it.

The room was adequate. the beds were comfortable. The bathroom included a bathtub.
I was charged twice for my stay. the hotel initially told me my reservation didn't exist even after i gave them my name and dates. the hotel still charged me for both reservations. This was a disappointing experience.

helpful staff good coffee convenient location
i really appreciated the staff's helpfulness in planning my days. they suggested great restaurants. the room had good coffee and blackout shades. also, i found the location very convenient, close to different water taxi stops.
my room was quite dark, and it felt a bit dated.

The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to main attractions. The staff provided helpful suggestions for navigating the city (and i really appreciated that). Our room was spacious and clean. It.
The bathroom design was not ideal. Water tended to splash outside the shower area.
